  Its been a sad week. We have said a final goodbye to Tinker, our lovely 27 year old pony who it has been a pleasure to own for the last 21 years. I attached a photo of him with my two sons Lloyd and Liam, who he taught to ride and drive.
He has been one of those rare ponies who, although we have had lots of fun over the years he has never let me down. I used him for carriage driving tuition, he drove singly and as a pair and Tandem with Romany. He raised lots of funds at school galas, church fetes, attended rallies, fundays and helped hundreds of whips pass their BDS proficiency tests. He had the patience of a saint and a great sense of humour.

My other horses are missing him too, not least my 30 year old Freisian Stallion Sjouke, they shared the last 18 years together since I bought Sjouke. Incidentally, I think he maybe the oldest purebred Freisian in th UK, do readers know of any others older than him?
